Hyung-sik Choi has a PhD in natural science from the University of Hamburg and a post-doc from the University of Hohenheim in Germany. His research interest is agricultural sector economic modelling for policy impact analysis. At AgriFood he mainly works on developing the CAPRI-model (Common Agricultural Policy Regionalized Impact analysis).
